Projects are assessed according to their individual requirements.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a service agreement.
A written quotation or project agreement will specify the proposed scope, pricing, payment terms, timelines and other relevant conditions.
3. Pricing
Prices displayed on our website are in South African Rand unless stated otherwise.
Published packages apply to the listed scope. Domain registration, hosting, maintenance, third-party tools and additional features may involve separate charges.
4. Payments
Payment arrangements, including any required deposits, will be confirmed before work begins.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, required content, relevant account access and necessary approvals.
Clients should ensure they have permission to use materials supplied for a project.
6. Revisions and Changes
Included revisions will be specified in the package or project agreement.
Requests outside the agreed scope may require an additional quote and revised timeline.
7. Ownership and Intellectual Property
Ownership and permitted use of project content, designs, custom development and platform access will be defined in the project agreement.
WebHaus is Coetsee Digital's proprietary website platform. Its use is subject to the agreed platform licence and service terms.
8. Hosting and Support
Website hosting, maintenance, backup arrangements and ongoing support are governed by the agreed service plan.
Third-party services remain subject to their providers' applicable conditions.
9. Service Availability
We take reasonable steps to operate our website and deliver agreed services, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these website terms from time to time.
Changes to an existing signed project agreement will be handled according to that agreement.
